Travelling with us

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the stated departure time, enabling us to maintain punctual running of the published timetable.
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the services published, The Bure Valley Railway does not guarantee that the trains will depart or arrive at the time stated and reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend any train without notice and accepts no liability for any loss, inconvenience or delay thereby caused.
A ticket does not guarantee seats on a specific train.
We endeavour to operate all trains advertised with the type of locomotive haulage stated, however if necessary it may be required to substitute this service with another type of locomotive at short notice.
